The use of a Suite number, as opposed to a PO Box number, gives your business the impression of stability and permanency.  This helps provide them with a greater sense of security when dealing with an organisation displaying those attributes.

Once you have completed the mailbox application form, provided photo ID and paid your chosen subscription, we will  complete the set up process:

  • issue you with a unique suite number
  • issue you with a mailbox key and/or security pass. (A refundable deposit is required for each of these items)
  • record and implement any scan to email or mail forwarding instructions.
  • email you confirmation of your new mailing address and your tax invoice.

All mail and parcels received will be placed inside your mailbox.  Where items received are too large to fit inside your mailbox we will place your parcel in one of our single use, self serve parcel lockers and email you details of your PIN and locker number. Your locker number and PIN will change with each delivery.

You can call by and collect your own mail and parcels or you can use our Mail Forwarding service.  We can forward items on to you anywhere in the world.  This can be set up to be preformed for you on a regular basis eg: weekly fortnightly or monthly or as an ad hoc service.

With an after hours swipe pass we are able to offer 24 hour access allowing you to collect your mail during business hours or after hours 24/7.
