How does it work? |
| 1. Apply for a safe parcel delivery with us (below) |
| 2. Receive confirmation of a unique delivery address to use for your parcel |
| 3. Do your shopping, use the full delivery address in your confirmation email we sent you |
| 4. Wait for us to text you that your parcel has arrived |
| 5. Come get your parcel, don’t forget photo ID |

| Drivers license required on pick up |
| Parcels are held for 2 weeks, if collection is not made, the item is returned to sender |
| Oversized parcels need to be collected within 3 business days – oversized parcel is 20kg or larger then 50cm x 50cm |
| Name on parcel MUST match name on submitted form and drivers license |
| We are unable to accept items that require your photo ID – Apple products generally NOT okay |
