Cancellation policy

Free Cancellation up to 2 business days before your scheduled booking.  This is based on 48 business hours E.G Monday 9am booking must be cancelled before Thursday 9am.
Free Rescheduling up to 1 business day before your scheduled booking.  This is based on 24 business hours. E.G Monday 9am booking must be cancelled before Friday 9am.
The Rescheduled date must be within 60 days of the original check-in date and is subject to availability. There is no refund for rescheduled meetings.
All rescheduled and cancellation requests must be sent to Natpost Business Centre in writing to donna@natpost.com
