What is a Flexi Office?

Our Flexi office is a private office that people share on different days of the week. It is set up with 2 desks and chairs and a filing cabinet to store personal items for the day.  Just bring your laptop.

How does it work?

You hire it for an ongoing specific day. E.g Andrew has Monday, Jill has Tuesday, Michael has Wednesday etc.

Flexi office is available Monday to Friday for full day day bookings only. Get a dedicated office to get all your work and meetings done in a central, quiet location.

What does it include?

Our Flexi Office is sanitised at the end of each day and comes with an air purifier and reverse cycle heating/cooling.
The room has two desks, two chairs and a filing cabinet for personal item storage for the day.  We have toilets and a kitchenette on site.

There is a staffed reception and a 32 inch monitor if required.
Printing services available for an additional cost

 

Is it shared?

If you book the office, the office is yours only.  You can share with a friend or colleague if you wish, but it’s your office for that day and it’s up to you how you use it.

You can have up to 2 people working in the office at one time, so share costs with a friend or colleague. You can also have people come and meet you in your work space and our reception will greet them and show them through for you. Perfect for migration agents, tax agents, and anybody that requires a professional and quiet work environment.

 

What are the costs and how do I pay?

Costs are $77 per day. This is billed at the beginning of the month in advance according to how many of your selected days are occurring in that month. One month minimum required.

E.G March 2024 Friday bookings would be 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th  = $77×5 = $385

You will be invoiced at the beginning of the month and can pay online via credit card.
