Need access to your mail while you’re away or unable to visit?

Our Scan to Email service allows you to conveniently access your important mail from anywhere — whether you’re travelling, working remotely, or simply unable to collect your mail.

With your written authorisation, National Postal Service can open your nominated mail items, scan the contents, and email the documents directly to you.

Once processed, your mail will be placed back into your mailbox for collection, or you can request that it be forwarded using our Mail Forwarding service.

Ongoing Scan to Email services require either a valid credit card on file.

1. Scan to Email exclusions; parcels, magazines, booklets and catalogues.  Mail is classified as a standard letter  2. We do not scan obvious junk or excess pages in mail such as bank statements or phone bills, just the important stuff  3. Additional letters are scanned at a special subscription only rate of $3 per each additional letter, excess charges will be debited from nominated credit card at the end of each month 4. Your Ad On subscription is debited from your nominated credit card on the first business day of each month  5. An email reminder for your payment will be sent three days prior to your card being debited  6. To change your payment details please use your reminder invoice  7. Your selected service can be upgraded, down graded or cancelled at any time by emailing donna@natpost.com  8. Your Ad On subscription services will be suspended if payment fails and reinstated once payment resumes  9. Unused monthly allocations are not cumulative 10. Maximum of 10 pages per letter
